Returns
Try your Live Sandy product for 30 days and if you don't love it, return it to us at Live Sandy, 1051 Pyle Lane, Hopkinsville, KY 42240 for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs, automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.  No hassle!

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shoplivesandy.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Live Sandy, 1051 Pyle Ln, 42240 Hopkinsville , Kentucky, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you item is returned to us because of an error on the buyers part in filling out the shipping address, Live Sandy will offer to resend the item(s) for a flat rate $10 shipping and handling fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your Live Sandy products to reach you may vary, but generally shipping takes 2-4 days.
